As we come to a close our the end of our meditation challenge I hope that you enjoy this wonderful ocean meditation. I know many of us would LOVE to be by the ocean, but until then try this.
One of the things that I’ve learned from yoga is being more conscious with my breath. It’s necessary to be mindful of your breath because sometimes we forget to breath. We all need to breath! So take a few moments from your day (our Day 25) for our meditation challenge, mindfulness meditation.
