Alaina Lopez

Hello! I’m a registered dietitian (RD/LD) and a 200 hr yoga instructor. I enjoy cooking, baking, creating yoga classes, and traveling.

What I do:

  • Yoga Instructor 200 hour RYT
    • Create fun yoga flows for: Power, Vinyasa, Restorative, Yin, and Chair yoga
    • Educate on proper alignment for various yoga postures
    • Meditation
    • Breathing techniques
    • Stress management using breath
  • Registered Dietitian/Licensed Dietitian
    • Create fun and tasty recipes
  • Self proclaimed adventurer/traveller
    • Visit various countries
    • Try as many native dishes as possible
    • And if lucky enough, find a cookbook to take back
