- Yoga Instructor 200 hour RYT
- Create fun yoga flows for: Power, Vinyasa, Restorative, Yin, and Chair yoga
- Educate on proper alignment for various yoga postures
- Breathing techniques
- Stress management using breath
- Registered Dietitian/Licensed Dietitian
- Create fun and tasty recipes
- Self proclaimed adventurer/traveller
- Visit various countries
- Try as many native dishes as possible
- And if lucky enough, find a cookbook to take back
