Fruit Salad

There is nothing better than a ripe fruit salad to eat at breakfast or as a snack. It’s only of my go to’s when I want something healthy, yet sweet.

Serving Size: 1/2 cup


1 whole pineapple, cored and chopped

2 cups of grapes

2 cups strawberries, chopped

2 apples, cored and chopped


  1. Prepare all the fruit as described above.
  2. Pour all into a large bowl and refrigerate.
  3. Enjoy. And if you have some vanilla or plain greek yogurt feel free to add a dollop of that.
