3 more days left in our challenge. I hope you are feeling better and more open in your shoulders. You may have done this stretch before possibly at the gym, but we are working on the overhead tricep stretch.
- Find a nice comfortable seated position.
- Draw your shoulders away from your ears.
- Bring your right arm over your head and bend your elbow. And place your left hand on top of your right elbow and bring your arms toward the back of your head.
- When ready switch to the opposite side.
