Day 9 – Cow Face Arms

Feel the stretch with this yoga pose- Cow Face Arms. This particular pose may seem intense and it can be. But you can always loosen your grip to help ease it up a bit.

  1. Find easy pose and have a strap or a bag at hand.
  2. Bring your right hand overhead and bend the elbow so its by your head. You should have a strap in this hand.
  3. Then bend your left hand behind your lower back and grab the strap.
  4. Feel your shoulders start to open. Breath through the possible discomfort you may be feeling.
  5. When ready, change your hand positions.
