Feel the stretch with this yoga pose- Cow Face Arms. This particular pose may seem intense and it can be. But you can always loosen your grip to help ease it up a bit.
- Find easy pose and have a strap or a bag at hand.
- Bring your right hand overhead and bend the elbow so its by your head. You should have a strap in this hand.
- Then bend your left hand behind your lower back and grab the strap.
- Feel your shoulders start to open. Breath through the possible discomfort you may be feeling.
- When ready, change your hand positions.
