Day 2 Core Challenge- Moving Bird Dog

Today we are building upon the original bird dog and adding some movement to it. Follow along with the video.

  1. Come onto your hands and knees
  2. Hands are under shoulders and knees under hips
  3. Take one leg out behind you with toes pointed and reach out with the opposite arm out in front of you. 
  4. Hold
  5. Then bring down and switch to the opposite side.
