Day 1 Core Challenge- Bird Dog

It is the beginning of our challenge. For our first core exercise we are looking at a really good one known as bird dog.

If you want to read the instructions, here they are:

  1. Come onto your hands and knees
  2. Hands are under shoulders and knees under hips
  3. Take one leg out behind you with toes pointed and reach out with the opposite arm out in front of you. 
  4. Hold
  5. Then bring down and switch to the opposite side.
