It’s the final day of our challenge. It is a day late, my apologies. Apparently my phone and computer didn’t want to sync up for me to edit the video.
But here is the vinyasa flow into our peak pose- Camel. This is one of my favorite poses because it really helps me open up my upper body, but also get movement into my back.
