Day 13 – Locust

Not only does this pose help open your chest/shoulders, but it also strengthens your back. Enjoy!

  1. Lay on your stomach with your arms at your side and your legs straight out behind you. 
  2. Zipper your feet together
  3. And when you are ready, left your upper body together at the same time as your legs (feet still zippered together) and hold for 2 secs and then release.
  4. Do this 4-5 more times.
