Today we are cruising right along to our finish line. Today is day 10 of our chest and shoulder opening challenge. This is a good one, but honestly I think all these stretches are good. But be aware you are going to need a strap or a towel for this chest stretch.
- Stand up straight
- Hold a strap in both of your hands with your hands shoulder width apart as you hold onto the strap
- As you hold onto the strap raise your arms over your head. Go as far back as you can, comfortably.
- And hold. Breath 5-10 breaths and then release.
