Day 10 – Chest stretch with a strap

Today we are cruising right along to our finish line. Today is day 10 of our chest and shoulder opening challenge. This is a good one, but honestly I think all these stretches are good. But be aware you are going to need a strap or a towel for this chest stretch.


  1. Stand up straight
  2. Hold a strap in both of your hands with your hands shoulder width apart as you hold onto the strap
  3. As you hold onto the strap raise your arms over your head. Go as far back as you can, comfortably. 
  4. And hold. Breath 5-10 breaths and then release.
