Day 7 – Cactus Arms

Want a chill chest and shoulder opener that you can do anywhere?

If so, then this one is for you. Today which is day 7 of our challenge we are focusing on cactus arms. Let’s try this out together! Instructions are below and below that is…you guessed it a video.

  1. Stand in tadasana
  2. Raise hands over your head
  3. Bend at the elbows 90 degrees, drawing them down to shoulder height
  4. Feel a magnetization between the shoulder blades and feel your arms draw backwards, and your chest open.
  5. Hold for 5-10 breaths
