Here is another day for our shoulder and chest opening challenge.
Today our pose is going to be: Extended Child’s Pose on fingertips.
- Kneel on the floor.
- Move your knees hip distance apart.
- Bring the tops of your feet to the mat and hinge forward at the hips, moving your glutes to your heels. And walk your hands out as far as you can go.
- Hands out, above your head and palms down and come up onto your fingertips. Bring your chest down to the mat.
