I know… It’s been a while since we’ve done a challenge here at Fun Joy Peace. Well, the wait is over. If you want to challenge yourself and start to increase the openness and flexibility in your chest/shoulders then THIS IS FOR YOU!
Starting May 1st we will be posting yoga poses/stretches that will help you become more open in your chest and shoulders. I’ll be posting them here and on FB and IG. Poses will be posted here for 15 days and on the 16th day I will post a vinyasa flow leading up to Camel pose (peak pose).
