When you are new to yoga it is easy to get overwhelmed. You may be thinking what kind of yoga is best for me, a beginner? Well, don’t worry. I’m here to walk you through it. There are a variety of different yoga styles to try.
It doesn’t matter your physical fitness or your flexibility. There is a yoga style for anyone. I would just say ease into it.
Each week I am going to talk to you about a different type of yoga practice that can be done. See the next article- Gentle yoga. It will be a video, so if you are at work make sure you watch it with your headphones in.
